Use bookshelves to organize your reading life, whether you prefer simple shelves or your own custom structure over time.

3) Share if you want

Ratings, reviews, and likes are optional. You can leave a quick signal, write something thoughtful, or keep things private.

4) Community-built

Simply by using the site, members help create a richer experience for everyone. Members can also grow the catalog by adding books or editions. While the community drives the catalog forward, some core book information is curated to ensure the catalog remains consistent, accurate, and reliable over time.

5) Free to use

OBDb is fully usable for free, with no required subscription. The optional OBDb+ membership adds some enhancements to existing features and supports the project, but all core functionality remains available to everyone.
