Leone Ross

Leone Ross is a British-Jamaican novelist, short story writer, editor, journalist, and academic known for her imaginative fiction, lyrical prose, and exploration of identity, race, gender, sexuality, and belonging. Born in Coventry, England, she moved to Jamaica as a child and was raised and educated there before returning to the United Kingdom for postgraduate studies. Her experiences across both cultures have deeply influenced her writing, which often blends Caribbean traditions, magical realism, and contemporary social themes.
